Summer is here and the temperature seems to be rising every day. Although
we just cannot control the outside temperature as it is sending warning signals
to everyone to take precautions for heat waves and summer illness. This
climate can exhaust your energy and make you to vulnerable infections,
vomiting, low blood pressure and tingling.

So, it is necessary to beat the summer heat by finding ways...
There are some ways to protect from the heat!

1. Drink plenty water and juices : It is really necessary to drink the right

going out.

try wearing light color fabrics that breathe easier like cotton.

7. Drink Green Tea : Green Tea is also necessary in summers as it helps in
increasing metabolism process in the body. Also it protects us against
cough and flu.
