QUICK TIPS - HOW TO MAKE ICE CREAM AT HOME
     
Ice cream (derived from earlier iced cream or cream ice) is a sweetened frozen food typically eaten as a snack or dessert. It is usually made from dairy products, such as milk and cream, and often combined with fruits or other ingredients and flavors. It is typically sweetened with sugar or sugar substitutes.

     DIRECTIONS
  1.  Pour the milk, sugar and vanilla into the smaller, quart sized bag.
  2. Fill the larger, gallon sized bag 3/4 full of ice, then add the salt to the ice.
  3.  Place the smaller bag inside the larger bag and close the seal. make sure you close them both tightly!
  4.  Now shake the bag good and hard for 5 minutes.
  5.  Rinse the small bag off with cold water before opening to keep the salt water from getting into your ice cream. 
RECEIPE :

- 1/2 cup cold milk1 tablespoon vanilla extract1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk1/8 teaspoon salt1 pint heavy creamAdd all ingredients to list.

- In a medium bowl, stir together cold milk, vanilla, condensed milk and salt. Set aside.

- In a large bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold milk mixture into whipped cream.

- Pour into shallow 2 quart dish, cover and freeze for 4 hours, stirring once after 2 hours or when edges start to harden. Serve or store in an airtight container up to 10 days.
